Turk Lake South is a wet place that gets lots of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most, and October on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the summer months at Turk Lake South highs are ordinarily in the 90's with night lows in the 70's. For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 50's; night lows at Turk Lake South during the wintertime mostly fall into       the 30's. After a long day outdoors Vista Inn Fitzgerald is a magnificent place to spend a night or two; unsurprisingly, this is a glorious area for people who like lakes, Gray Lake is a lake close at hand. If you came for an overnight stay Riverbend Bluegrass is a great site to camp; there's some flowing water nearby, Little Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Agrirama RV Park is a magnificent local campground,                  and Turk Lake South Dam has glorious water scenery.
