Georgia has many beautiful lakes and Tugaloo Lake is one of them. Country Hearth Inn Toccoa is a good site to get some rest, and Tallulah Gorge is a delightful spot to spend some time. Tugaloo Lake is a reasonably wet place mostly with a good deal of rain; March is when you get the most rain here, and October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Scaly Mountain has glorious slopes and a friendly staff, as expected you could also pop by Roletter Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. Abram Mountain is clearly visible from Tugaloo Lake,
and nice skiing awaits you at Sky Valley. Yeah, come here to Tugaloo Lake for a great time. Whitewater paddling is nice on Big Panther Creek, and Tugaloo Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Tallulah Gorge State
Park is a delightful local campground.
For you golfers we recommend nearby Apple Mountain Golf Club, and if you came to camp Terrora Campground is a great site to do that. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Tugaloo Lake. When
the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are commonly in the 50's; night lows in the 20's for Tugaloo Lake. While you're here at Tugaloo Lake you can take a hike along the Three Forks Trail.
