At Triple S Lake through the summer highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 50's, and night lows throughout the wintertime for Triple S Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes Fivemile Creek, and you can run the rapids of Potato Creek. Not sufficient hours in a day to       enjoy this location. Triple S Lake is a tremendous site to camp, Heart of Georgia RV Park is a tremendous site; a round of golf at nearby Hickory Ridge Golf Club is a pleasant way to kill some time. Here at Triple S Lake you'll possibly meet some folks from Thomaston, and since you're here, you could also go to delightful Bickley Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Triple S Lake a wet location; March is the month that gets the most rain; the driest                  month of the year is October. Flint River is a fine whitewater spot close to Triple S Lake, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Thomaston is a wonderful choice.
