| | choice. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Rome, and there's whitewater on Johnnies Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Through the summer months at Lake Tom highs are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. to check out, and as expected, this is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes, Lake Conasaugh Dam is a lake in the neighborhood. A short tour to Rices Spring is always worthwhile, and golf can be played at Horseleg Creek
Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of people from Rome come to Lake Tom, and Lake Tom is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Cedar Creek Park is a glorious local campground. Lake Tom sees pretty high levels of rain; March is when you get the most rain here, and October on the other hand is the driest.
