    A visit to Taylor Lake is always a good idea. A wonderful spot to camp here at Taylor Lake is Cartersville Koa Kampground; a good close by hotel is Holiday Inn Cartersville, Ga. There's always Taylor Lake Dam to pop by close to Taylor Lake, and Jackson Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. If you like the outdoors, you'll love Taylor Lake. Cartersville Knights Inn is a good place to get some rest.
Taylor Lake is delightful enough to
 
   spend more than a day at, Shady Grove Campground is a delightful local campground, and not far from Taylor Lake you'll find Browns Lake which is a beautiful lake. Taylor Lake gets a lot of water; March is when you get the most rain here while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the period of the warm months at Taylor Lake highs are generally in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. Throughout the winter  
               this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Taylor Lake dip into the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Royal Oaks Golf Club. Lakes? Sure, Conner Lake is in the neighborhood.
