Throughout the summer at Sugar Plum Lake highs are generally in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 70's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Sugar Plum Lake are in the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Inn, Tallahassee/Midway, and       do pop by Gyte Chester Pond, it's a gorgeous lake. A large amount of rain falls at Sugar Plum Lake; through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is October. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Sugar Plum Lake. A stunning lake like Dubarco South Lake near Sugar Plum Lake is a wonderful place to explore. This lake is so wonderful. Sugar Plum Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Big Oak Recreational                  Vehicle Park is a great local campground; if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a great choice. Have a great hiking adventure along the Vinzant.
