     Cane Creek flows through this area; this is a popular site for people from Summerville. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Sucker Lake. If you need a spot to stay Days Inn La Fayette is a tremendous choice; you can run the rapids of Little River - East Fork. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect close by hotel is Key West Inn La Fayette, and James H. Floyd State Park is a fine campground nearby.
You're probably keen on lakes,
 
   Carp Lake is one of those nearby, and there's whitewater on Allen Creek for all you thrill seekers. At Sucker Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Sucker Lake. Lakes are good; Round Lake is a lake that's next to Sucker Lake; Sucker Lake is a wonderful site to visit for more than one day, Camp Laney is a wonderful site to camp  
               nearby.
Sucker Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and August meanwhile is the driest month.
