Black Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and the summit of Andrews Hill can be seen from Stone Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Swift Creek is a good place to go to; if you came to camp Interstate RV Center and Campground is a tremendous site to do that. Be careful coming to Stone Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Near Stone Lake you locate a golf course called Bowden Golf Course,       and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Macon. Stone Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; October meanwhile is the driest month. The warmest time of the year at Stone Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures                  at Stone Lake fall into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
