This is a fine region for folks who like lakes. Green Valley Lake is a lake close by, and Sleep Inn Mcdonough is a wonderful site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Steele Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mc Dondugh Koa Kampground is a perfect spot for that; get your heart beating on the nice whitewater of Towaliga River. outdoors Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center is a wonderful site to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Steele Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shingle Roof Campground. All through the days
of summer at Steele Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Steele Lake temperatures dip to the 30's.
