You'll need more than a day to explore everything Starnes Lake has to offer, you can camp at Jones RV Park. Any time is a good time                  at Starnes Lake if you adore the outdoors. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the vicinity of Starnes Lake called the Brookshire Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Twin Lakes Park, and Oakwood at Camden Deerfield is a splendid spot to get some rest.
