Towaliga River is a perfect whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Stalnaker Lake. There's so much to do here at Stalnaker Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sardis Campground is a perfect place for that. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Hilltop Inn is a magnificent choice, and Luce Lake is a glorious lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. A lovely lake like Chief McIntosh Lake next to Stalnaker Lake is a great place to pop by; great water

The high level of rainfall makes Stalnaker Lake a rather wet location; through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October on the other hand is the driest. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Jackson, and going for a hike along the Ocmulgee River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. usually in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Stalnaker Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. A great place for whitewater
paddling near Stalnaker Lake is Big Sandy Creek, and some of the water nearby flows, like Aboothlacoosta Creek. This place, Stalnaker Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Stay the night at Indian Springs State Park;
if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Hickory Hill Golf Club is a perfect golf course close by, and hiking along the Kinnard Horse Trail is wonderful fun.
