There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Darnell Creek, and it's a good idea to visit Jake Branch. Spring Lake is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Yep, outdoors entertaining things truly is bountiful here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There's no such thing       as a bad day of skiing at nearby Sky Valley, and a nice place to camp here at Spring Lake is River Vista Mountain Village. For the period of the warm days of summer at Spring Lake highs are usually in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 40's while Spring Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. The Three Forks Trail offers hiking at its best, and a splendid place                  to visit is Alex Gap. These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Alex Mountain is pretty and can be spotted from Spring Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Chattooga Trail. If you need a spot to stay Knights Inn Dillard is a fine choice, and you're in all probability addicted to lakes, Fisher Lake is one of those close by. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area in close proximity to Spring Lake has to offer. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express DILLARD is a delightful spot to spend a night or two; Sky Valley Dam is an exciting thing to check out. Spring Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Lakes are great; Sky Valley Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Spring Lake, and a pleasant tour to Meek Field is a perfect way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful.
