You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the area right next door to Spring Lake has to offer. If the weather is great here at Spring Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bartram Trail, and the Chattooga Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. While staying at Spring Lake you could always explore Alex Gap, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Three Forks Trail.       This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Paddling on Darnell Creek is so much fun, and if you're here at Spring Lake it's a tremendous idea to take a look at Meek Field. Spring Lake is a pretty wet place ordinarily with much precipitation; through March this area sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a good time. Spring Lake in                  fact is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. River Vista Mountain Village is a tremendous local campground, and dry warm beds await you at Knights Inn Dillard. Alex Mountain can be observed from Spring Lake, and why not camp at Andy's Trout Farm since you're here at Spring Lake. Middle Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by, and there's some flowing water nearby, Jake Branch is a stream you can stop by while you're here. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sky Valley Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and a day on the slopes of Scaly Mountain is just what you need. All the outdoors fun things in the Blue Ridge Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Sky Valley is near Spring Lake, and good water scenery is available at Sky Valley Dam in the neighborhood of Spring Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Dillard, Ga is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and do take a look at Fisher Lake, it's a beautiful lake. All through the summertime at Spring Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly cooler of course, mostly in the 50's.
