Go to Southern States Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. A stunning lake like Davis Lake close to Southern States Lake is a great site to stop at; Ramada Limited Locust Grove is a delightful place to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Southern States Lake a wet location; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here, and September meanwhile is the driest month. Southern States Lake Dam is not far at all from Southern States Lake; there are some delightful whitewater spots on South River. This place, Southern States Lake, it simply has so much outdoors cool stuff. is a good spot to spend a night or two. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs regularly are in the 80's at Southern States Lake while overnight lows are generally in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's; overnight lows at Southern States Lake through the wintertime commonly descend into the 30's.
