Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Line Creek, and after a long day outdoors                  Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center is a fine location to spend a night or two. There are other places here than South Steward Lake, for example Steward Lakes, and get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Hurricane Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at South Oaks Manufactured Home since you're here at South Steward Lake; lakes are such calm places, why not explore West Steward Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes South Steward Lake a wet spot; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is October.
