Sosby Pond generally gets a lot of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Whiten Pond is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and you can run the rapids of Rice Creek. Some nearby water includes Whiten Creek, and if you get bored of Sosby Pond you could also have a look at close by Thurmond       Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Knights Inn & Suites Toccoa is a glorious choice, and Toccoa Rv Park & Campground is a glorious campground nearby. So much fun stuff close to Sosby Pond, absolutely tremendous. A good close by hotel is Days Inn Toccoa; this is a popular spot for people from Toccoa.
