Sometime Hole gets a good deal of water; through August this area sees the most rain; the driest month is October. This lake is so wonderful. This is a wonderful area for folks who like lakes. Galepost Lake is a lake in close proximity, and going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a delightful adventure. At Sometime Hole during the summer highs are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. The       winter comes with highs in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Sometime Hole are in the 30's. Stay the night at Traders Hill Recreation Area, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Okefenokee Wilderness Canoe Trail. Nearby lakes? Sure, Long Lake is close to Sometime Hole; after a long day outdoors Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites is a delightful site to spend a night or two.
