This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Smith Lake you can play some golf at Morgan's Dairy Golf Club; if you need a site to stay Lamar Inn and Suites is a brilliant choice. You can take a little visit to Smith Lake Dam since you're here at Smith Lake, and High Falls Campground is a pleasant campground nearby. Smith Lake gets a large amount of water;       the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is October. Glide down the rapids of Little Towaliga River in a kayak, and Best Western Hilltop Inn is a pleasant site to get some rest. Through the summer at Smith Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for                  Smith Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop at Arms Lake in the vicinity of Smith Lake, it's a pretty lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Towaliga River. Smith Lake really is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise.
