Singletary Pond is a wet site that gets a lot of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is October. High temperatures at Singletary Pond throughout the warm months are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 70's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 60's while Singletary Pond nighttime       low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Singletary Pond is a magnificent site to visit for more than one day, Sugar Mill Plantation RV Park is a magnificent site to camp nearby, and if you're here, you could also stop at beautiful Beverly Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Singletary Pond has to offer, you can camp at Sugar Mill Recreational Vehicle Park, and do visit Sevell Lake, it's a charming                  lake. While you're here at Singletary Pond you will meet lots of folks from nearby Thomasville; if you need a place to stay Best Western Executive Inn is a glorious choice.
