Go to Silver Lake Dam if you want to go to a nice lake. Silver Lake Dam gets a lot of water; most of the rain falls through March while October is generally the driest month. A lake close by is DeKalb County Water Works, and you can run the rapids of Marsh Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at White Water Learning Center.
