After a long day outdoors Courtyard Atlanta Glenridge/Perimeter is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and going to Chattahoochee River       National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Dry warm beds await you at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North, and camping at White Water Learning Center is always a pleasant experience. A fine location to camp here at Silver Lake is White Water Express; Murphy Chandler Lake is a good lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta come to Silver Lake. Silver Lake sees pretty high levels                  of rain; the month with most of the rain is March, and October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to North Fork Nancy Creek from Silver Lake is trouble-free, and golf can be played at North Fulton Golf Course. For the period of the months of summer at Silver Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's; the night is fairly colder of course, regularly in the 60's.
