Georgia has many beautiful lakes and Silvan Lake is one of them. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Silvan Lake. Stekoa Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and the snow is great at Scaly Mountain. A brilliant nearby hotel is Clayton-Days Inn; why not take a refreshing hike along the Gage Trail. If you're here at Silvan Lake, you could check out Billy Creek, and after a long day outdoors Knights

| | Inn Dillard is a pleasant place to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Rabun County Golf Club, and Silvan Lake is right by the Bartram Trail. All year is a great time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you adore the outdoors. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Silvan Lake. A great place to camp here at Silvan Lake is Blue Ridge Camp & Resort, and the Stewart Trail offers hiking at its best.

is so wonderful. Why not stop at Black Rock Lake Dam while you're here; the top of Blackrock Mountain is easily seen from Silvan Lake. Silvan Lake is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Silvan
Lake. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Silvan Lake plunge into the 20's.
Camping
is available at Mountain City Recreational Vehicle Park, and lakes are such calm spots, why not stop by Cox Lake. Man, is there loads of fun stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you feel like a little side visit, try Gibson
Gap; if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Darnell Creek. Silvan Lake gets a large amount of water; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the
year is October.
So many enjoyable things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too magnificent to be true. There are other places here than Silvan Lake, for example Rabun Gap Nacoochee School Lake, and why not head up to Sky Valley and strap some skis to your feet.
