Do stop at Jarrett Lake close to Shope Lake, it's a lovely lake, and get covered with water paddling on Talking Rock Creek. Shope Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of precipitation; the month       of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and August meanwhile is the driest month. So many exciting things in the vicinity of Shope Lake, definitely tremendous.
