You can spot Brewster Mountain from Shiloh Lake; if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CEDARTOWN is a nice choice. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Shiloh Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's, and       winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Shiloh Lake. Shiloh Lake is a quite wet place frequently with a great deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Rome-floyd County Recreation is always a glorious experience. Dry warm beds await you at Country Hearth Inn Cedartown, and Shiloh Lake is in the                  neighborhood of Devils Darning Needle Hollow which is absolutely worth going to. If you came to camp Cedar Creek Park is a splendid spot to do that, and Williams Lake Dam is delightful. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Shiloh Lake. Take a side spree to Esom Slough; if you come at the right time of year, Big Cedar Creek offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful.
