Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites Mt. Chalet; at Seed Lake you always meet someone from Cornelia. If the weather is nice here at Seed Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bartram Trail, as expected you could also pop by Lake Burton if you're here; it's not far at all. During the months of summer here at Seed Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures       during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Seed Lake tend to be in the 20's. And if that's not enough there's plenty more cool things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The peak of Joe Mountain can be spotted from Seed Lake; the Gage Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. On a great day at Seed Lake you can take a hike along the Stewart Trail,                  and great water scenery is available at Nacoochee Dam next to Seed Lake. Just can't get enough of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A day on the slopes of Scaly Mountain is just what you need, and if you come at the right time of year, Stekoa Creek offers some splendid whitewater. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Head up to Sky Valley and strap some skis to your feet; if you came to camp Early Sundown Campground is a good place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Seed Lake? Waters Lake is close by. There's so much to do here at Seed Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pa's Fresh water Campground is a magnificent spot for that. Seed Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Bad Branch is a fine spot to explore, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Tallulah River. Seed Lake is a pretty wet place mostly with a great deal of rainfall; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October is when it's the driest. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll like Seed Lake.
