This lake is so wonderful. Seagraves Lake is a place with many visitors from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, and a journey to Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is recommended. A lake close by is Copeland Lake, and if you came to camp Twin Lakes Park is a great place to do that. Seagraves Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is       March, and the driest month is September. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Playing golf is lots of fun at Crooked Creek Golf Club; going for a hike on the Brookshire Creek Trail is always a nice adventure. There's always Seagraves Dam to visit close to Seagraves Lake; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Marsh Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Seagraves Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at,                  Jones RV Park is a nice local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Big Creek offers some great whitewater. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Seagraves Lake. Summer night lows dip down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Seagraves Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's.
