Scruggs Pond is a reasonably wet place regularly with a great deal of precipitation; throughout the month of January you get the most rain around here while October is commonly the driest month. You'll locate a wonderful lake called Morris Lake near Scruggs Pond, and Scruggs Pond is a great place to camp, Byron Mobile Home and Camper is a great place. Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are in fact plentiful here at       Scruggs Pond. Camping at Scruggs Pond is nice fun, White Oak Campground is a nice local campground. Through the months of summer here at Scruggs Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's while Scruggs Pond nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Drift down the rapids of Savannah River in a kayak; there are plenty of folks from Augusta-Richmond County here. This                  lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Thomson-Days Inn is a magnificent choice, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Three Oaks Golf Course.
