For the period of the summertime months at Sconti Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Sconti Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This lake       is so wonderful. Since you're here at Sconti Lake why not take a look at Abs Gap. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Sconti Lake. Why not camp at Under the Hemlock since you're here at Sconti Lake, and there's some exciting stuff to see at Sconti Lake Dam next to Sconti Lake. It's a fine idea to take a look at Blackwell Creek, it's near Sconti Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Amicalola Creek. Do                  explore Lake Petit next to Sconti Lake, it's a pretty lake; Microtel Inn & Suites Jasper is a glorious place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There is a pleasant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Sconti Lake called the Brookshire Creek Trail, and here at Sconti Lake you can spot Cox Mountain. Near Sconti Lake you stumble on the Benton Mackaye Trail which is a perfect hiking trail; you'll stumble on a wonderful lake called Disharoon Lake.
