Schley Pond gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is March, and October on the       other hand is the driest. On a wonderful day you get a vista of Hamilton Hill from Schley Pond, and Econo Lodge At Ft. Benning is a brilliant place to get some rest. For the duration of the months of summer here at Schley Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 90's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 70's. Through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 50's; nighttime lows at Schley Pond throughout the winter mostly plunge into the 30's.                  This lake is so wonderful.
