There's so much to do here at Sanders Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Papillon Resort and RV Campground is a great location for that. The high level of precipitation makes Sanders Lake a rather wet place; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is October. So much fun stuff to do at Sanders Lake, so little time. A round of golf at nearby Pine Ridge National Golf & Country Club is a magnificent way to kill some time, and it's a fine idea to visit Alexander Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
