This lake is so wonderful. Sandy Creek Golf Course Eagle is a delightful golf course nearby; if you need a place to stay Hampton Inn Commerce is a pleasant choice. This place, Sanders Lake, it just has so much outdoors cool stuff. North Oconee River has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby;       Sanders Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. Not far from Sanders Lake, you'll locate Iveys Lake which is a delightful lake; camping is available at Commerce Koa Kampground. For the period of the warm days of summer at Sanders Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Sanders Lake. There are other places                  here than Sanders Lake, for example Reservoir 15; Days Inn Commerce is a wonderful spot to get some rest. Sanders Lake gets lots of water; most of the rain falls throughout March; the driest of the months is September.
