Russ Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. On a delightful day you acquire a view of Gray Hill from Russ Pond, and there's some flowing water nearby, Broken Arrow Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here. Get wet paddling on Little Uchee. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Oxbow Creek Golf Course is a nice way to kill some time, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Chattahoochee River.

A lake nearby is Beaver Pond. There's so much to do here at Russ Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates is a brilliant location for that. For the period of the summertime months, highs generally
are in the 90's at Russ Pond. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are typically in the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Russ Pond temperatures fall to the 30's.
