Go to Royal Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club not far from Royal Lake; Chattahoochee River is a splendid whitewater spot nearby. You simply should go for Royal Lake. Royal Lake Dam is a beautiful place near Royal Lake, and do take a hike on the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. That right there is plenty of exciting

| | things already but it goes on, the Blue Ridge Mountains has it all. Take a side tour to Crumley Creek, and you can run the rapids of Mud Creek. The panorama of scenic Elder Knob near Royal Lake is wonderful. There's so much to do here at Royal Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sleepy Hollow Campground is a pleasant spot for that. A lot of rainfall falls at Royal Lake; the month with most of the rain is March; October is when it's the driest. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Near Royal Lake you find good spots like Sautee Valley, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Grimes Nose is an out of the
ordinary thing to see while you're here at Royal Lake. If you need a location to stay Econo Lodge Helen is a splendid choice, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Chattahoochee Trail. Lots of folks from Cornelia
come to Royal Lake, and a great nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Helen. Summertime at Royal Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally
in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Royal Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood
you can always visit close by Reservoir 18, and Royal Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Cherokee Campground is a perfect local campground.
