Round Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain, and August is the month with the least moisture. Days Inn La Fayette is a good place to get some rest, and Lafayette Golf Course is a golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. You'll find a charming lake called Red Fox Lake near Round Pond. You'll need more       than a day to explore everything Round Pond has to offer, you can camp at Ringgold Koa Kampground. Round Pond truly is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Howard Lake Spring is a gorgeous place to go to while you're at Round Pond. There's so much to do here at Round Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Best Holiday Trav-l-park is a nice location for that. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Rock                  Creek, and if you need a place to stay Key West Inn La Fayette is a wonderful choice. There is a delightful hiking trail near Round Pond called the Bluff Trail; Round Pond is a location with many visitors from Summerville. Summer at Round Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Round Pond descend into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
