Do explore Shuman Pond next to Rogers Lake, it's a delightful lake; if you need a spot to stay Downtowner Inns Claxton is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. Rogers Lake Dam is worth going to if you're here, and a striking lake like Hearn Pond is a nice place to explore. So many amusing things to do at Rogers Lake, so little time. At Rogers Lake throughout the summer highs are in the 90's; the nighttime is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 70's.

All the water falling down from the sky makes Rogers Lake a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is November. Camping at Daisy Farms RV Park is always a splendid experience, and Scottish Inns - Register is a good spot to get some rest. Don't forget to take a fine little tour to Water Hole Creek, and Rogers Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Tattnall Campground is a great local campground.
