Going for a hike on the Kinnard Horse Trail is always a great adventure, and get soaked paddling on Alcovy River. Richardson Lake is a wet site that gets a good deal of rain; March is the month that gets the most rain, and September is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Sardis Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail. If       you love the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Richardson Lake.
