Go for a hike on the Mounds Trail, and after a long day outdoors Foundry Park Inn & Spa is a great place to spend a night or two. Reservoir Six sees pretty high levels of precipitation; March is when you get the most rain here, and September meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Long Branch is a nice local stream, and a great nearby hotel is Comfort Suites Athens. Whohoo, so many cool things in       one place! Reservoir Six is great! A lake close by is Clark Fain Lake, and going for a hike on the Falling Camp Trail is always a great adventure. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Reservoir Six, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Reservoir Six drop into the 20's. Little Sandy Creek Structure Six Dam is a beautiful place                  near Reservoir Six; if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Athens-Clarke County. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Reservoir Six without first going for a hike along the Scull Shoals Trail. In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Broad River. There's so much to do here at Reservoir Six that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Lake RV Campground is a good place for that.
