All through the long summer days here at Reservoir Nine, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows at Reservoir Nine during the wintertime commonly dip into the 20's. An interesting thing to visit near Reservoir Nine is Middle Oconee Structure Number Nine Dam, as expected you       could also stop by Reservoir 12 since you're here; it's not far at all. Reservoir Nine gets much water; all through March this area sees the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn GAINESVILLE-LANIER CENTRE is a brilliant location to spend a night or two, and a delightful place for whitewater paddling is Flat Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Braselton Inn is a splendid                  location to get some rest, and Little River - East Fork is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. At Reservoir Nine you always meet someone from Gainesville, and a lake close by is Reservoir Six. This place is peerless, just look at all the fun stuff to do close to Reservoir Nine. Reservoir Nine is a good location to visit for more than one day, Lakeside Mobile Home and Travel is a good location to camp nearby.
