Go to Reservoir 36 if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Tallulah River; if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Cornelia is a magnificent choice. Reservoir 36 frequently gets much rainfall; March is the month that gets the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. | | in the 80's, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. Highs all through the winter are regularly in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Reservoir 36.

Lake Dam near Reservoir 36 is stunning; if you come at the right time of year, Big Panther Creek offers some nice whitewater.
Don't leave Reservoir 36 without first going for a hike along the Chattooga Trail, and a brilliant nearby
hotel is Country Hearth Inn Toccoa. If you came to camp Pa's Fresh water Campground is a magnificent place to do that, and you can go for a hike on the Bartram Trail.
Having a good time at Reservoir 36 is easy. There's so much
to do here at Reservoir 36 that you need to camp here for a while, Panther Creek Campground is a brilliant spot for that; an afternoon playing golf at Apple Mountain Golf Club is always a joy.
