If the weather is good here at Reservoir 18, you can go for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail; you'll meet a lot of people from Cornelia here. Man, is there loads of entertaining things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Don't forget to take a glorious little visit to Cove Branch; do have a look at Reservoir 22, it's a beautiful lake. Why not camp at Sleepy Hollow Campground if you're here at Reservoir 18; dry warm       beds await you at Rodeway Inn Helen. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too pleasant to be true. While you're here at Reservoir 18 you can take a hike along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail, and while you're here, you could also have a look at wonderful Royal Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. If you need a place to stay Best Western Riverpark Inn & Conference Center Alpine Helen is a wonderful choice, and                  Sautee Valley is also a delightful place to explore. Just can't get enough of Reservoir 18. This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Reservoir 18 you can take a hike along the Chattahoochee Trail, and you can catch a sight of Elder Knob from Reservoir 18. Reservoir 18 sees pretty high levels of rainfall; through March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is October. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Reservoir 18. You can take a little spree to Royal Lake Dam if you're here at Reservoir 18, and paddling on Chattahoochee River is so much fun. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Mud Creek; if you came for an overnight stay Cherokee Campground is a glorious place to camp. Throughout the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 80's at Reservoir 18; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
