What a nice lake Pylant Lake is. This lake is so wonderful. Yeah, come here to Pylant Lake for a great time. For you golfers we recommend nearby Southland Golf Course; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Snellville/Stone Mountain Ga. Pylant Lake is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October is when it's the driest.

| | scenery at Pylant Dam is striking. Summertime highs at Pylant Lake usually tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Pylant Lake. What would a spot like Pylant Lake be without out of the ordinary nearby marks like McDaniels Bluff, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Yellow River.

place to visit for more than one day, Stone Mountain Park is a great place to camp nearby. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Pylant Lake has to offer, you can camp at Stone Mountain Park Family Campground, and a tour
to Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well go to Britt Shoals, and if you need a spot to stay La Quinta Inn and Suites Snellville is a fine choice.
