Plyler Pond is a pretty wet place mostly with lots of rainfall; most of the rain falls during July, and the driest of the months is November. This lake is so wonderful.       Big Branch flows through this region, and you'll discover a beautiful lake called Claxton Sewage Treatment Pond. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Plyler Pond. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's with temperatures at Plyler Pond dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. Claxton Sewage Treatment Pond Dam is an interesting thing to check out.
