Get soaked paddling on Mud Creek, and don't leave Pless Pond without first going for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Pless Pond gets a good deal of water; March is the wettest month with most rain; October is when it's the driest. Throughout the summer months at Pless Pond temperatures are frequently in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures       sink down into the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Pless Pond. Paddling on Chattahoochee River is so much fun, and Lake Pless is a brilliant lake nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Helen, and the sight of beautiful Gerrell Mountain is delightful. But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. After a long day outdoors Days                  Inn Cleveland is a good site to spend a night or two, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can take a look at Pless Pond Dam. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Pless Pond has to offer, you can camp at Serendipity Park Nudist Resort, and going for a hike on the Raven Cliff Falls Trail is always a splendid adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you're dropping by Pless Pond from Cornelia, you won't be the only one, and lakes are such peaceful sites, why not check out Garner Pond. Having a brilliant time at Pless Pond is painless.
