This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Pinley Lake, you'll hit upon Bradbury Lake which is a striking lake, and getting to Tar Creek from Pinley Lake is simple. There's so much to do here at Pinley Lake       that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Truitt-fulton is a wonderful location for that. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Pinley Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Pinley Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. Line Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and there are plenty of people                  from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta here. This lake is so wonderful.
