If you are in Forsyth county it's always a good idea to stop by Pine Lake. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Crooked Creek Golf Club, and camping is available at Twin Lakes Park. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Pine Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta here at Pine Lake. High temperatures at Pine Lake through the summertime are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Creek in a kayak, also Westbrook Dam is worth checking out while you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lumpkin Campground if you're here at Pine Lake; Westbrook Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. There's
some flowing water nearby, Cobb Creek is a stream you can go to while you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta. Pine Lake mostly gets a great deal of rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest.
