At Pierson Lake through the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Pierson Lake. Be careful coming to Pierson       Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. Pierson Lake Dam has glorious water scenery and it's near Pierson Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Towaliga River. The high level of precipitation makes Pierson Lake a quite wet spot; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October on the other hand is the driest. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Towaliga River, and Pierson Lake is good enough to spend                  more than a day at, Tabernacle Campground is a good local campground.
