If you are in Jasper county it's always a good idea to stop by Piedmont Wildlife Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Piedmont Wildlife Lake; Ocmulgee River Trail is a tremendous local trail; if you need a place to stay Value Place Bowman is a good choice. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Piedmont Wildlife Lake. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 50's while

The Kinnard Horse Trail offers hiking at its best, and camping at Piedmont Wildlife Lake is wonderful fun, Church Campground is a wonderful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Branch if you're here at Piedmont Wildlife Lake. Get drenched paddling on Alcovy River, and you don’t have to go far from Piedmont Wildlife Lake to distinguish the water at Piedmont Wildlife Lake Dam. There's just no way somebody
can get bored here at Piedmont Wildlife Lake. Paddling on Big Sandy Creek is so much fun, and Forsyth Koa Kampground is a great campground here. Good hiking is available along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail, and after a long day
outdoors Gray Days Inn is a pleasant site to spend a night or two. Piedmont Wildlife Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture.
