This is a glorious area for people who like lakes. Watershed Lake is a lake in the vicinity; Jameson Inn Winder is a fine location to get some rest. At Perkins Lakes through       the summer highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Perkins Lakes through the wintertime mostly descend into the 20's.
