     Lakes are tremendous; Trunell Pond is a lake that's near Paulk Lakes, and at Trunell Pond Dam near Paulk Lakes there are some exciting things to see. Paulk Lakes is a wet place that gets a great deal of rainfall; all through March this area sees the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Stay the night at Back to Nature Campground, and a nice close by hotel is AMERICAS BEST INNS HAWKINSVILLE. Collins Branch is a stream  
   that you may stumble upon while you're here, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Hawkinsville Inn & Suites is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Uchee Trail Country Club is a great golf course close by, and Paulk Lakes is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Hillside Bluegrass RV Park is a glorious place to camp nearby. Throughout the months of summer at Paulk Lakes temperatures are generally in the 90's.
 
               During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 70's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Paulk Lakes are in the 30's.
Just can't get enough of Paulk Lakes. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Smith Lake, and Paulk Lakes is a spot with many visitors from Warner Robins.
