A visit to Parker Lake is always a good idea. Summertime at Parker Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's; night lows through the winter for Parker Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. North Shore Resort is a magnificent local campground. Parker Lake commonly gets a large amount of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain; October meanwhile

This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are tremendous; Phelps Lake is a lake that's right next door to Parker Lake, and Rose Creek is a fine whitewater spot nearby. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Falling Camp Trail, and a perfect close by hotel is Jameson Inn Greensboro. Wesleyan Campground is a glorious campground nearby; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Apalachee River.

water scenery is available at Parker Lake Dam next to Parker Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Webb Lake. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Parker Lake. Cemetery Hill
can be made out from Parker Lake, and hiking along the Scull Shoals Trail is glorious fun. Take a hike on the Town Creek Bike Trail, and Microtel Inn Greensboro is a nice location to get some rest.
