This location rocks, just check out all the exciting stuff to do right next door to Padgett Lake. A glorious spot for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Padgett Lake is Long Swamp Creek. Padgett Lake is a rather wet place ordinarily with a good deal of rain; March is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is October. Dry warm beds await you at Microtel Inn and Suites Jasper,       and if you came to camp Diamond Lure Campground is a delightful location to do that. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Talking Rock Creek, and Dobbs Lake Dam is a spot that is close to Padgett Lake. The warmest time of the year at Padgett Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while Padgett Lake night                  low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motels - Jasper is a great spot to get some rest; Padgett Lake is not the only site nearby, Dobbs Lake is a nearby lake.
